Free Shipping

CaliOtter Glass is proud to offer free worldwide shipping on all orders over $9.99. Free shipping is available to all countries and major territories around the globe.

Free shipping orders will be shipped using the most economical method available.

  • Processing Time: Same day or within 1-2 business days (orders are fulfilled in the order they are received).
  • Delivery Time: 6-10 business days depending on location.

*Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed by CaliOtter Glass. Shipments delivered outside the estimated delivery date are not the responsibility of CaliOtter Glass, and no refunds will be provided for such delays. Processing and shipping times may also vary slightly during high-volume periods such as sales events and holidays.

Shipping Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking information.

Please note that tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after your shipment has been confirmed.

Discreet Packaging

At CaliOtter Glass, we value your privacy and ensure that your information and purchases remain secure. All orders are shipped in plain boxes with no store or product details listed on the outside. The return label will simply read “Shipping Department” to protect your discretion.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For all international shipments, CaliOtter Glass will cover all import taxes, customs duties, and fees imposed by the destination country. As a result, customers do not need to worry about customs clearance—there are no additional charges beyond the cost of the product and shipping (if applicable).

Please note:

  • All customs clearance responsibilities and costs are handled by CaliOtter Glass.
  • Customers will not be charged any additional fees by customs.
  • Delivery times may still vary due to carrier processing or local handling, but no extra payment will be required.

Undeliverable Adress

There are several reasons a package could be returned to our warehouse as undeliverable. These may include: item too large for a PO box, incorrect or incomplete address, invalid address format, failed delivery attempts, damaged during transit, transportation issues, or export restrictions.

When packages are returned as undeliverable, you will be contacted via email.

Please note:

  • If you would like your order to be reshipped, a shipping fee of $9.99 will apply.
  • If you prefer not to have the order reshipped, you may request a refund. Shipping fees $9.99 are non-refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, your refund will be reduced a flat fee of $9.99.
  • Refunds can only be issued once the undeliverable package has been received back at our warehouse.

Risk Of Loss

CaliOtter Glass is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they have been accepted by the carrier, including but not limited to:

  • Packages marked as delivered but stolen from your doorstep or mailbox
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided
  • Delays or issues caused by the carrier during transit
